Partner with the Art of Food & Wine at Martin Arts Fest

MartinArts invites Food & Wine Vendors to apply to participate at The Plaza at ArtsFest on February 7 & 8, 2026 in Memorial Park, downtown Stuart.

Exhibitor booths within The Plaza at ArtsFest allow for local + regional brands to showcase, sample, and in some cases, sell their products to our attendees through a local distributor.  Please complete the application form in its entirety by November 1, 2025. Our team will review all applications on a rolling basis and we will reach out to your brand regarding acceptance after reviewing.

Please carefully read the following rules necessary for vendors to participate in the event. Submitting this application DOES NOT guarantee you a booth at the Festival.  A committee will evaluate all applications received and vendors will be notified on or before November 1, if they have been accepted and a complete contract will be sent.  The show reserves the right to refuse any application and rescind an extended invitation should the applicant be misrepresented.

Important Dates

  • Application Deadline: November 1

  • Acceptance Notification: Reviewed on a rolling basis

  • Booth fees and Certificate of Liability due on or before January 1

  • State of Florida Health Department approval certificate due with application

Wine & Culinary Vendor Categories & Fees

  • Wine Vendor – 10'x10' space
    Includes: skirted black cloth 6’ table, 2 chairs, tent, spittoon (5-gallon bucket or similar), wine bucket (to hold 4 bottles with ice), and the opportunity to hang a banner in tent.
    Fee: $350 before November 1 | $450 after November 1

  • Culinary Vendor – 10'x10' space
    Includes: skirted black cloth 8’ table, 1 additional prep table (uncovered), 2 chairs, tent, and the opportunity to hang a banner in tent.
    Fee: $350 before November 1 | $450 after November 1

  • Premier Wine or Culinary Vendor – 10'x10' space with premier placement
    Exclusive premier placement within The Plaza. Includes all standard vendor amenities plus enhanced visibility.
    Fee: $600 before November 1 | $750 after November 1.

BE A PART OF HISTORY!

Join us for a vibrant two-day outdoor arts festival at Memorial Park and along East Ocean Blvd. in historic Downtown Stuart. This celebration showcases the best in music, visual arts, literary works, culinary creations, dance, children’s activities, and more!

Thank you for supporting ArtsFest and MartinArts through your volunteer efforts! We offer a variety of opportunities, each clearly described below and in the registration system, so you can find the role that best suits you. Volunteer Orientation | TBD January 2026, 5:30PM

Location: Court House Cultural Center, 80 SE Ocean Blvd, Stuart.

All volunteers are required to attend the volunteer orientation, where you’ll meet your team captain and learn more about your specific duties and assignments. This is also a great opportunity to connect with the ArtsFest staff and committee members while getting an insider’s view of the weekend’s activities. Plus, you’ll receive your volunteer t-shirt!
